請教各位高手

房子裏的 dish washer 是二十多年前的原裝：GE model GSD6660G03SS

房客（說是第一次用後）發來問題："the Cascade packet wasn't dissolved and the dishes weren't very clean". 買房的時候做過 inspection and the appliances should work。 當然 inspector 應該沒有 run a full cycle.

請問這個大概是什麽原因？值得請人去修嗎？謝謝！
