You can apply a special program from Parkland hospital. I think it's under name of PHP.

You would only need to pay $10 co-pay for doc appt. But waiting time is longer than private doctor. I can provide you more info on how to apply if you do live in Dallas county.

You would not get any benefit in TX for GC parents.
