私人公司好歹還有OWNER,上市公司往往象中國的集體主義一樣,人人是主人翁,,人人都不負責.

結果就是CEO和客串的董事會,誰也不負責,互相合作,漲工資和紅利,把公司長遠規劃扔一邊.
