租房

剛搬到加州，當時很急，租一個7o年代老房子，房東是一印度人，房子也還幹淨，問題是衛生間水管出來的水很難聞，用了過濾器，隻一𠆤月過濾網就很臟，找房東想讓換水管，可一星期沒打複，現在想換房子，可合同還有四𠆤月到期，請大家邦出主意，怎麽好？
