My suggestion, for your reference:
1.建行網上有software for you to download for your 網銀盾 for your operating system.
You need to install this 網銀盾 in your computer.
I did this.
2. When 網銀盾 is working, your will be popped up a window to ask u to input 網銀盾 password. This is the last step before completing a transfer. If #1 is not down, u won't get this window (asking password) pop up.
pop up is 請插入網銀盾. I'll check #1.
In asia day time , they have online help. You can do get real time help from online help (typing in chineses).
