給賣方一個OFFER 42萬，賣方沒有答應，給了我一個COUNTER offer 45萬，

現在拿不定主意，想請PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL SERVICE

有沒有哪位大腕給出出主意，房子是準備自己住的，
