要學會說NO，租房協議裏一般會有as is的條款，隻要能用，你可以不理會她的。

不要怕她，按合同來，讓她設帳號deposit，或郵寄check，或分月開上一年的支票，你去拿，定期deposit。房東沒有義務上門拿支票。

要求太多的話，告訴她出租是個生意，成本太大，會做不下去的，做不下去，房租會漲，或者隻有讓她走人了。她也會想想的。

很多租客是可以調教，不能怕這怕那，光被她牽鼻子走。
