one of the tenant has been there since July 2011; the other one just moved in for over one month; the seller is a real estate broker who is moving to CA. I thought the worst case maybe i need to hire a PM and pay 8% to 10%. According to the seller he hasn't had any broke ins or problems with the property so far. It seems to be pretty stable right now. Of course if he needs to evict anyone, he knows how to do it from experience.
we currently have one rental which is in a much better area and very easy to handle. For the next one, we thought we look for a little higher return.
Do you think it's still worth it if I hire a PM? will PM handle eviction if needed and go to court? do I pay more for those services? thanks,
