This is the thing.

There is another similar one on the market right now listing for only 140k, but from the picture posted, it looks like more work are needed, whole carpet needs to be replace right away, kitchen cabinet not finished, holes in the wall, some window are boarded up. I didn't go in and look but it needs more work for sure. I am estimating base on my totally unprofessional opinion, it may cost about 10k to have someone fix it up. But this house is in a little bit deeper into the bad neighbor so I don't really want to go there.

There is another one totally remodeled single family house for sale near by for about 170k
