買投資房後，填表中有一個問題，關於Vesting Information

各位大俠， 我和先生買了一個投資房後，在填表中，有一個問題，Martital Status and Vesting Information.說是和報稅有關。

其中有二個選項，一個是 Hu*****and and Wife as joint Tenants

              第二個是 Hu*****and and Wife as Community Property

我不明白，我應該選哪一個。請指教下。 多謝多謝
