嚴格來說, 銀行不會同意現在的 owner 住在裏麵.

但是, 一旦過戶, 房子就是你的了, 銀行也不會派人盯著. 你租給他們銀行實際上也管不著. 因為銀行已經沒有所有權了, 銀行唯一能做的理論上是在 close 之後推翻這個 SS. 你覺得銀行會傻到這個程度嗎? 好不容易給清理了?

Just sign all bank requested forms. At the closing table, bring a lease to sign with the seller after the lawyer is done with his work and ask him to step out of the door, LOL

我們有一個 SS 就反租給 seller, 給他們一點優惠, 比市場價便宜了 $100 ($1000), 可以租一年, 但我們不負責所有的維修, 除非大事情. 他們很高興, 但最後這兩人離婚了, 半年後就搬走了. 跟他們相處的很好.
