回家我看看warranty上麵怎麽寫的。

建築商2009年的時候申請破產了（技術性的，事實上還在運營，換了個名字繼續造房子；中等建築商，賓州很多地方有他們開發的房子）。

屋頂的warranty是跟builder走還是contractor走？
