does anyone here have experience renting a room in a house where owner lives in? there is one single lady wfh full time. she is ok with credit check and employment check. I full time work. so this means she is at house all alone by herself. is this safe? she does mention she only does light veg cooking and wont interfere with my schedule. is this considerable?
she also mentioned get a second phone line and her company will pay for her. not sure how to get second phone line in the same house.
