很多開裂碎裂瓷磚，該不該Offer？

看了一個單家庭短買，什麽都好就是廚房和FamilyRoom的瓷磚有1/5左右碎裂了。在這兩個屋子走路腳下有呼扇的感覺。可是到地下室（在廚房和FamilyRoom 底下）向上看，樓板很堅固。牆也堅固。是什麽讓瓷磚碎裂呢？
