在買一個短售房，要CLOSE 了SELLER 不肯簽字怎麽辦？

兩個銀行都APPROVE 了。一切手續都停當了。準備CLOSE 的時候SELLER 不出現，現在搞成其中一個銀行的APPROVAL 過期了。SELLER AGENT 隻好FILE EXTENTION。

BUYER AGENT 不給力，沒有任何UPDATE。如果EXTENTION 拿到後，不知道怎麽要能夠讓SELLER 簽字？

這個房我們已經等了5-6個月了。一些本來SELLER 要付的費用我們也答應付了（幾百HERE AND THERE）
