We didn't stand any chance winning today, our goal was, 700k for only condos, 1 million for condos and the 21 unit both, or 1.8 for complete package.
The first ring was on the 28 unit condo, went to 850k, which was not far off our estimate, which we plan go to 700k, tax value on it was 45k X 38 units.
Then the 21 unit apartments, some one bid it to 675k,
Plus 10% premium, which is already near assessed value $750k.
then the crazy thing is, the third ring, which for combine condos and apartments, went to 1.75million, which bring the price tag to near 2 million.
I estimated the 2 together, should value about 2.1-2.2 million, and other 60 sfh, also worth 1.965 million.
This complete package wa foreclosed at 1.88 million.
