急問：foreclosure 的房子有tenant，買了有啥風險？

Fanie Mae的房子 townhouse，裏麵有租戶，租戶和銀行是month by month的租約，但銀行沒有他的deposit。租約上隻有一個人的名字，但據說他的girl friend也住裏麵，還有1狗2貓。據說他按時交租，職業據說是高中老師。

大家幫看看這房子能買嗎？聽說有tenant的房子會有麻煩，會有什麽風險呢？我咋覺得不用自己找tenant挺好呢。我現在隻能想到讓銀行提供租戶每月按時交租的記錄，銀行會提供嗎？
