If you got a good deal, do not try to squeeze the last dollar.

I saw a post here that a buyer was in the same situation as you do here. The apprasail value was 5K below the approved price. So the buyer tried to get the price down 5K. But the bank countered back with 40K increment, citing the current trend of the market.
