TZLC group LLC has identified an REO property that is going to auction block, and we believe it could be a very profitable candidate for acquisition.

The property located in Lafayette, Indiana, near Purdue campus across the Wabash river, which is about 5 min driving or 15-20 min walking distance.

The property is consisted of 3 buildings, divided in 2 different parcels, total 49 rentable units and a leasing office.

We are looking for PM around the area, any landlord in the area please contact me via QQH.
