想在stockton買房的同學請注意

1. Stockton的性價比已經大大不如一年前了.

我去年$115K買的1600SF房子租$1300. 現在$150K-$160K買的2000+SF也是這個租金。

2. 租金下降的原因是出租房太多了。小小的Weston Ranch就有100多房子在出租市場。

和整個Antioch差不多。 Weston Ranch的人口不到Antioch的10%。

3. 我在Weston Ranch和Antioch 94531都有房子，對兩處算的上了解。
