租客的credit score

最近和realtor說起租客的credit score, 他說我的標準太高 （》680）因為有那麽高的score就都買房了。我認為他的想法不對：creditscore 高的人不見得能付得起down payment。這樣可以找到好的房客。 大家怎麽看？
