怎樣查self-employed房客收入

一個申請者自己擁有一個 Environmental Company，實際也就是在自家地下室開的夫妻老婆公司。他填年收入9萬，雇主就是他自己。打電話給“雇主”查收入當然沒有意義。要tax returns? 還是bank statements?
