各位大拿, 這事靠譜嗎?

家裏剛有點隔夜糧, 老公就躍躍欲試了,今天參加了一個買地的講座, 說在LANCASTER有片地,有非常好的發展前景,可能要發展太陽能,我覺得那裏上不著天, 下不著地的,還要交地稅,各位大拿怎麽看?
