剛剛查了新州中部的房地產價格，不查不知道，一查嚇一跳啊！

感覺這兩年新州中部的房價又跌了30%啊，真嚇人啊！都是藥廠，金融公司等大裁員的後果。新州還是民主黨的州，真奇怪了！
