UC Merced short of funds. 據說要關門.

There is an agent in my city wants to sell me her investment house in Merced. The house build in 2006, 4 bedroom 3 bath, around 2000SF ask for 160k. I didn't want it because I was told that UC merced short of funds now, it might be close. I hope this is just a rumor.
