第一次貸款，信用800多，15年貸款利率要3。5%，是不是太高了？

請有經驗的給指點一下。銀行說買點可以第一點，但是不值。看這裏的利率也就2。75上下，莫不是我的銀行在蒙我？我還真是蒙蒙的，求指點。多謝了。
