投資房地理分布的問題

假設有10個投資房，都買在家附近1小時內.大家覺得最好是10個房子在一個區好呢， 還是分散開來好？

我能想到的所有房在一個區的好處：

1.管理維修方便;2.容易對該區了解深入

我能想到的10個房子在不同區的好處：

1.diversification;2.找可投資的房時， pool比較大。

大家都prefer哪種？還是說以return為主，不局限於一個區？
