申請貨款急問，在線等~~~~

今天和lender簽了字，lender當時沒細說，隻是不停地叫我簽文件。後來回家後把所有文件一讀，發現全部settlement fee居然要$6400，除了agent的傭金和買點費用總共$2000外，其它$4400我不太懂，能不能請朋經驗的XDJM幫忙看看是否合理，在線等，多謝~~~~~~~

Appraisal + credit report + flood certification  $630

Tax service fee $95

title services and lender's title insurance   $1522

Owner's title insurance    $440

Goverment recording charge    $150

Transfer tax    $903.38

Initial deposit for escrow    $359.97

Daily interest charge      $150.29

Homeowner insurance     $184.65
