看中一SS，被告知（disclosures)前屋主曾與建商打官司， 現已settled.  卻死活不說官司內容。 經紀說，it's confidential.  請教， 有啥法子能查到相關信息?

再有，後院的deck, 廚房和衛生間的改建，都沒有許可（permit）， 買下後，有麻煩嗎？ 還是會影響貸款？
