I used “every penny ... including $$ in retirement accounts to buy rental.” I hate to “deal with vacancy for a few months”（unthinkable how I going to be comfortable with that; the management team will be fired with 30-day vacancy）; I always ”pick up problem tenants which create more trouble......“ （I agree most of them are trash)
