什麽叫做homestead declaration？

今年在LV買了投資房，最近收到了homestead declaration要我交25刀，是什麽意思？

必須要交麽？是每個投資房交一個麽還是隻交一個25刀就可以了？不交行不行？沒看懂是什麽東西啊
