80K, brand new carpet/paint, rent is about $950/month. But I found many termite tunnels at the foundation. I have seen some house with termite (in fact I have one house which I knew had termite before I bought), but really I have never found so many termite tunnels.

my agent said it should be OK as long as it can be treated. the house is only 7 years old.

求教大家如何看待白蟻？personally I kinda agree with my agent as long as house inspection does not show that the house is going to collapse soon.
