焦頭爛額 - need urgent help

1) Tenant one - post 3-day notice.   Then I had to travel for business trip and just came back.

How do I file the eviction?  Online or do I need to go court?  Maybe I should pay someone to file the eviction for me?  Any recommendations?

2) Tenant #2 - suspicious drug dealer.  Is there an online resource I can check for criminal record?  County court records?  What do I do if I find the tenant plants drugs in my house?
