本薯看上個complex

準備花2年時間把它turn around。最有意思的是seller。他跟我說他跟我之間其實有另外兩個owner都被他foreclose了。他給我seller finance。不過我覺得他是等著foreclose我。哈哈。他大概不知道本薯是slum lord，而且是最優秀的。

這個生意能不能做？2年後我把它賣掉，也做seller finance。然後等著foreclose下一個owner？我怎麽覺得非常好賺啊。
