Pre-closing Inspection

第一次買房子，房檢時發現了很多問題，原房主說有的問題已經請人修過，會找人返工。

現在房子還有兩周就close了，我在想是不是應該請inspector再來查一遍，看看返工的地方是否達標？

實在沒經驗，請大家指教，謝謝
