When I shopped around for windows, I read through the borchure they left to me. The $189 windows have very low quality, with everything else like Low-e etc. as extra. They are not like the windows sold in Home Depot and Lowes, those features come as a standard.
In the end, I ordered Pella Thermal Star from Lowes, and have contractor install for me. I replaced 22 windows in my rental house.
