房地產股票的表現一直跟實際房地產業狀況分離。所以，你這個題目應該更正為“做空房地產股票”。

說實在話，俺還不知道怎麽做空房地產而不是股票呢，是賣出物業嗎？要是你手上沒有或者不多，怎麽賣出呢？
