which tenant would you pick?

3 tenants to choose from, which one would you like?  Thanks!

#1. small business owner, $100K/yr, 680 FICO, divorced mom with an adopted 9 yrs girl, rented in the neighborhood house for 3 yrs, recently got a boyfriend and looking for bigger house with long lease (>3 yrs). Boyfriend is an attorney but got bad credit due to the divorce a few yrs ago and does not want us to check his score. He claimed his income is 90K only, which sounds low for an attorney. We checked that he is a junior attorney working in a small law firm.  But 90K still low even for a junior attorney, are you right?

#2, small business owner, korean couple with a middle school girl, rented in apartment for 4 yrs, wanted to move in the neighborhood with the plan of buying a home 2 yrs later. 700 FICO, $100K/yr. 

#3, chinese family, engineer dad and stay-home mom with two boys, rented in another city for 2 yrs, jsut move in the city,  740 FICO, $120K/yr. plan to buy a home 1 or 2 yrs later
