但是，你與他有什麽合約？憑什麽他幫你付房款？約幹年後，如果房價大漲/大跌了，如何處置？一般而言，owner-financing sale 是買方從賣方購買房產，具有房產權，賣方貸款給買方。如果違約，按銀行的方式/手續，賣方（lender) 收回房產.
