急問下offer的問題, 請大家支招, 在線等~~~~~~

我上周下了一個Fannie Mae的condo的offer, 80K. 那agent特別熱情,上門給我簽約.之後又幾次通電話,每次都說已經submit給銀行,然後透露給我目前最高的offer,問銀行問我還能不能再出高.我現在已經兩次加價,現在已經到了90k了.結果五分鍾之前偶然發現周六這個agent把這個condo的listing price又下調了5k.我是不是被他騙了? 如果真有這麽多人出高offer,似乎不應該再降價,是不是? 我現在應該怎麽辦? 是保留現在的offer還是應該聯係這個agent要求降offer? 今天下午要最後決定. 請各位有經驗的xdjm支招. 感激不盡~~~~~~~
