請教：怎樣用IRA買房？

考古了一下， 是用Self-deirected IRA.

給CharlesSchwab 打了一個電話。他們說可以從IRA拿錢，60天內還，沒有稅的的問題。但是沒法把錢放在房子上麵，向論壇裏說的。

請問老大們是怎麽做的？

Self-deirected IRA有什麽麻煩和需要注意的嗎？
