有一個新問題請教大家:
我剛買了一個45萬的房子,情況如下:
1. offer上寫明了: Seller to credit $5000 toward buyer's closing cost
2. 曾經和buyer agent口頭上說好給我們他50%的commision作為rebate. (大概有$5000)
3. 現在loan agent可以給我們$5000的credit 如果選3.625%的高利率。
請問上麵三種情況的rebate都是隻能用於closing cost 上是嗎? 這個房子的closing
cost大概$4000, 是不是上麵的錢我都沒法拿現金? 我可否用上麵那些錢來裝修房
子嗎?
這種情況我怎麽做才好?我本以為seller給的5000等於把房價降了, 現在看來不是這
樣。:(
buyer agent rebate能拿到現錢嗎?
