cash out要多長時間？下周一有兩個拍賣想去bid，若都成功，錢略差一點。

按規定可於兩個月內付清錢。我想先cash付清一個大的，然後作HELOC什麽的，再付另一個小的。不知時間是否來得及

主要是拍時不清楚TITLE/LIEN的情況，拍後再查，可能發現問題，最後決定不買。所以想兩個都bid
