新地主再求救---ＢＲＥＡＫ　ＬＥＡＳＥ

上周末（Sept。 23）簽了第一個房客，6個月LEASE， SEPT.30 move in。收了 一個月租金作押金。 一對60歲的夫婦打算賣掉外地B&B， 回本地原公司上班（在本地住過25年， 5年前買了B&B搬到外地去的）。今天下午，打來電話， B&B 的買主貸款沒批下來， 這對夫婦的B&B賣不掉。要取消和我簽的LEASE。

我說我會盡快找新房客， 但不知什麽時候能找到。我能扣他的押金作補償嗎？ 如何補？
