撐死膽大的，餓死膽小的。貢獻一個貸款的絕招，不保證靈光。

假如說你已經有N個貸款，還能再貸一個，就到頭了。

你同時買M個房子。同時簽合同，同一天close。

如果貸款經紀幫忙，用同一個經紀也沒問題。如果經紀一本正經的不合作，那你就要用不同的經紀。不管怎樣，這M個貸款必須來自M個不同的金融機構。有道是出軌不要緊，隻要不撞車。這好比是同時談M個女朋友，千萬不能穿幫了。

close之後，你就有N+M個貸款了。好好付mortgage吧，千萬別演砸了。

我沒這麽幹，不過聽說有人試過，沒有穿幫。
