征求意見：tankless water heater

剛剛買了人生中第一個投資房，加入地主大軍，現征求推薦：

買的是一室的Condo，大約650sqft。現在water tank又大，位置又合理。如果換成tankless,並固定在牆上，既美觀，又節省很多空間，能租個好價錢。

現有的tank是燒天然氣的。有人裝過tankless嗎？效果如何？什麽牌子比較好？有經驗的給說說，謝了！
