I remember the first day I was a FT landlord (1/1/2012), the studio is $325-$375. Now we charge $425 for the 325 sqft, $475 for the 400 sqft. And we have a waiting list for studio/1 bedroom. Two years ago, it was very hard to rent out studio/1 bedroom.

 

And we have only 1 opening of a 4B/2B. It next to McDonald's. Get some many calls from Mexicans, however it is too expensive for them ($1000/month).
