選租戶的問題，頭疼, 新手請敎， 真嶄兄x；

A 5 bedroom house in a not so good area： 以下2個租客,哪個好？

1.父母加三個小孩，and sister with 1 kid, total 7 people. janitor and contrator. 收入三倍房租。But they do not have Green card, waiting for family immigration based on their other brother. They have no credit history at all. but has a co-signer with good credit score who is the wife’s boss ( the bos do not live in this house just a co-signer). Will I get into trouble if their stay in US become illegal one day?

2.A family with 10 ( 3 couples, brothers/sisters each with 2 kids), they have live togther for 4 years already. good income, good credit score,US citizens. My concern is the size of family is too big and will bring extra damage to the house.

Or should I wait more?
