haha, what makes a house worth what it is worth?

many of us would think a good school district, or its the size that matters...

but no, its the view, and location.

just imaging that, every morning, sun rises, fills up your 2 story high ceiling all glassed back window...and the water splashing at your door step...wow, that is call living.
