master bathtub 問題

還有一個問題，新買的出租房隻有shower 沒有bathtub， 前方主裝修後就沒裝，bathtub 的空間留在那，牆裏也伸出冷熱水管，但沒有下水的地方。我的agent說i don't have to install the tub，請問一下，難道master bathtub不是master bathroom 的standard配置嗎？裝一個（加上plumbing work to install the drain)大約多少錢？多謝！
